When constructing new power lines or cable railways the first cable are threat in with a reliable and proven winch system. Depending on length and weight of the cable a counterweight of 100 kg up to 380 kg is fixed to a rope equipped with an electric opening mechanism. For safety reasons the rope drum is equipped with a brake mechanism.
